Metal honeycomb panels adopt a composite honeycomb structure, formed by hot-pressing pre-formed box-shaped panels and back panels with aluminum alloy honeycomb core materials. Metal honeycomb panel curtain wall systems have extra-large panels and excellent flatness, with a variety of choices in joint width, materials, and colors, allowing for rich wall surface effects; the system design is reasonable, with good wind resistance performance, capable of easily resisting harsh climates, and is widely used in the exterior wall decoration of various commercial or industrial buildings, especially super-large public buildings such as airport terminals and stadiums.
Zhutting aluminum honeycomb panels use high-quality 0.8~1.5mm 3003H24 alloy aluminum plates or 5052AH14 high-manganese alloy aluminum plates with fluorocarbon roller coating as the base material, with a bottom plate thickness of 0.6~1.0mm, and a total thickness of preferably 10~25mm.
The core material uses a hexagonal 3003 type aluminum honeycomb core, with an aluminum foil thickness of 0.04~0.06mm, and a side length of 5~6mm, made using a high-polymer film and modified epoxy resin in a fully enclosed dust-free environment.
Traditional hot-pressing machines are used for composite production, but the number of honeycomb panels processed at a time is limited, affecting work efficiency. Also, when removing the honeycomb panels, the sudden temperature drop causes the honeycomb panels to easily bend and deform, affecting the quality. Our company uses an advanced fully automatic honeycomb panel composite production line, with high production efficiency and stable temperature. The product composite process is low temperature → medium temperature → high temperature → medium temperature → low temperature → shaping cooling → panel removal. The equipment can continuously composite aluminum honeycomb panels, making the aluminum honeycomb panel bonding more stable, more resistant to bending and deflection, the panels straighter, and the quality more stable and reliable.
