No-covering floor insulation mortar is compounded with special inorganic gelling materials, high-strength closed-cell vitrified microbeads, polymer rubber powder, fibers and other admixtures. It can be directly painted on the floor without covering, replacing the traditional Insulation mortar plus cement mortar cladding process.

Construction method
● Prepare the base surface
by cleaning and flushing the ground to remove dust and sundries. After the rinse is dry, roll-coat Reynide water-based interface agent 2 times to make the base surface permeable, reinforced, and sealed.
●Material preparation:
Add water to 90% of the weight of the material and stir until it is uniform and free of agglomerates.
● Material construction:
1. Make ash cake and control the thickness.
2. Flatten the plaster and heat preservation mortar, and compact it to finish.
● Proportion and dosage: water: powder ~0.9:1 5kg/cm.m 2
Be careful
1. The base surface must be treated with the interface.
2. Before it is solidified, it cannot be used by others.
3. After the construction, the working vehicles are not allowed to walk.
